Refunds for one-time report unlocks

ReadMyPalm is designed to show a private preview before payment. Refund handling should stay consistent with that preview-first model.

When refunds are reviewed

  • Duplicate charge for the same report
  • Payment succeeded but the full report could not be accessed or downloaded
  • Incorrect amount charged
  • Unauthorized payment reported through the payment provider
  • A technical failure that prevents delivery after reasonable retry

What is usually not refundable

Because the Web product shows a preview before unlock and delivers a digital report after payment, dissatisfaction with an entertainment reading alone may not qualify for an automatic refund. Cases should still be reviewed if there is a delivery, payment, or access issue.

What to keep

  • Your Stripe receipt or payment confirmation
  • The report ID shown on the private report page
  • The email address used during the report flow
  • A short description of the delivery or payment issue
